White Sticky Rice Pudding:
How to cook: Step 1- Pour 1000ml of milk in the pot Then cook for 60-70 min on low heat, by the end it should be reduced by half Once ready leave it to the side Step 2- Soak 250g of sticky rice in water for 1 hour Pour 750ml of water in a pot Add the soaked rice to the pot to cook for 40 min on low gas Then add 200g of sugar to the pot Add a ½ coconut = ¼ finely grated and ¼ chunks of coconut Add the milk from step 1 Cook it for 5-6 minutes Add 410g of evaporated milk Cook for 5-6 minutes Step 3- Add toppings of your choice Now enjoy!
