Ginger powder is cultivated in the foothills of the Jaintia Hills’s Ri-Bhoi District. The soil in that region is sterilized overnight, which makes it ideal for ginger’s thorough nourishment and fertility. Grown amidst the intrinsic climatic conditions, the ginger cultivated by our local farmers is worth the wait and the resulting ginger powder is certainly worth tasting as well.
