Recipe

Cinnamon-Spiced Rice Recipe

Prep time: 20 mins

Instructions:

  1. Take a pan: Cook Pahari Roots cinnamon stick and cumin seeds in oil over moderate heat.
  2. Add grated garlic onions till they become golden brown and keep stirring.
  3. Add ½ cups of rice and double the water amount to the pan. Also add salt and pepper as per your liking.
  4. Reduce the heat and simmer.
  5. Cover the rice for it to get cooked and become tender. Let it absorb the water for about 15 minutes.
  6. Switch off the stove after the water has evaporated and rice has been cooked.
