SHILLONG ALOO MURI RECIPE | JHAL MURI RECIPE | PUFFED RICE BHEL SNACK
Ingredient list:
- 3 Boiled Potatoes (medium-sized)
- Raw Papaya - 1/4 Cup (julienne cut)
- Onion - 1/4 Cup (thinly sliced or diced)
- Coriander Leaves - 2 tbsp (chopped)
- Pahari Roots Aloo Muri/ Jhal muri Masala
- Aloo Sev Bhujia
- Juice of half a lime
- Tamarind Water - 3 tbsp
- Muri / Puffed Rice - 1 Cup
- Mustard Oil - 1 tsp
Method:

Step 1:
Mix the ingredients together. Take a deep glass bowl and add puffed rice, potato, onion, ginger, green chilli, Aloo muri Masala, tamarind water, and bhujiya sev. Mix these ingredients gently with a spoon.
Step 2:
Add mustard oil and salt
Mix them gently again.
Step 3:
Garnish and serve
Garnish with coriander leaves and serve. You can serve this snack with tea in a paper cone to give it a desi touch.
