Processing and Handling
Once you place an order on our Website, our team will process and handle it with utmost care. We strive to process orders promptly, typically within 1- 2 business days. However, please note that during peak periods or due to unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Shipping Methods and Timeframes
We offer shipping all over India (and worldwide*). For domestic orders, we use reliable courier services to ensure your package reaches you in a timely manner.
The estimated shipping timeframes for each region are as follows:
– Within Mumbai: 2 – 3 days
– Other States: 4 – 5 days
Please note that these are estimated timeframes and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as clearance procedures or unforeseen delays with the shipping carrier. We do our best to provide accurate shipping estimates and keep you informed about any potential delays.
We charge a flat Rate of Rs. 80 for all our orders, and an additional fee of Rs.40 for COD (Cash on Delivery) orders. Orders above Rs.700 are granted free shipping.
Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via sms/ email (via. ShipRocket). You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your package. Please note that it may take a few hours for the tracking information to become available after you receive the sms/email.
While we strive to deliver your order within the estimated timeframes, unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control may occasionally result in delivery delays. If you encounter any issues with your delivery, such as a delayed or lost package, please contact our customer support team at +91 93243 67256. We will do our best to assist you and resolve any problems in a timely manner.
International orders* (Customs and Duties)
Yes we do ship worldwide. However, depending on the laws of your country we cannot ship products like honey and pickles. Just to reconfirm you can email us your order at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can recheck and revert back to you. At present we are also working with other online retailers so that our products are easily available for you.
For international orders, please note that customs duties, taxes, and any additional charges related to customs clearance are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges may vary depending on the destination country’s regulations and are not included in the product or shipping prices displayed on our Website. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing an order.
